This BMW 330Xi was towed into us due to the vehicle lacking power. Once inspected we found that it had actually gone into limp mode due to Water Pump failure.
The electric water pumps on this generation of BMW are a common failure point at around 100,000 miles.
To accompany the water pump replacement we’ll also be replacing the Thermostat Assembly and performing several maintenance based services including a transfer case service.
