We had this 2003 BMW 745i in the shop recently. Customers was concerned about an odd knocking sound coming from the engine bay. Heads Up pin-pointed the issue as a faulty water pump, we replaced the water pump, new drive belt and took care of a few other maintenance items at the same time.
